Azerbaijani Transport Minister Ziya Memmedov stated that the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars (BTK) Railway will be operational in the second half of 2015.
In Baku, BTK Railway Project Azerbaijan and Georgia Bilateral Coordination Council meeting was held.
