TCDD Samsun Kalin Railway Line Project The specifications of the tender for signaling, telecommunication and infrastructure improvement works, which are expected to be realized with IPA fund, have been sent to the Ministry of Transportation, “Samsun - Kalin Railway Line Signaling, Telecommunication and Infrastructure Improvement Works” of the General Directorate of State Railways (TCDD). New developments regarding the tender have been made.
The specifications regarding the tender planned to be realized with the IPA fund were sent to the Ministry of Transport. At this stage, the officials we interviewed noted that the Ministry of Transport will participate in the tender in question.
As it is known, in the first stage, the tendering of the signaling, telecommunication and infrastructure works and then the tender for electrification were planned.
