Erciyes Prohibition for Non-Winter Tire Vehicles: Kayseri Police Department Traffic Inspection Department teams do not allow vehicles without winter tires to reach Erciyes Mountain.
According to the written statement made by the Kayseri Police Department, 351 vehicles and their drivers were inspected during the checks of traffic teams on Hisarcık and Hacılar routes, where transportation to Erciyes Ski Center was provided.
As a result of the inspections, a total of 11 vehicles were penalized, 9 of which were not using winter tires, 2 were without inspection, 1 were driving without a driver's license, 16 was changing the dangerous lanes and 39 were other issues.
Ongoing controls at the intercity bus terminal for inspections, 1680 vehicles departing from the winter tire to be primarily audited on various issues.
The teams also increased their controls for public buses used in the provision of city transportation.
Every day, 4 plainclothes police, who take public buses as passengers, inspect the routes throughout the day. Of the 220 buses inspected, 57 were fined.
