As a result of the tender to ensure the privatization of the lands of 65,76 square meters and 260,29 square meters with the "sales" method; It was decided to sell the real estate in question to Erdal Altunbaş, who made the highest offer for 42 thousand liras.
If Altunbaş refuses to sign the contract or fails to fulfill other obligations, the guarantee will be recorded in favor of the Administration and the tender will be canceled.
