Hamsi Festival

Anchovy Festival in Marmaray: The festival, which will be held on Sunday, February 16, will be held at Marmaray's Üsküdar coast exit and 2 tons of fried anchovy will be distributed to citizens free of charge.
During the event, which will start at 14.00, horon will be accompanied by violinists and local artists will give concerts. During the feast, where all the beauties of the Black Sea will come together from Sinop to Trabzon, from Rize to Artvin, 2 tons of anchovy-bread will be distributed to the citizens.
Üsküdar Mayor Mustafa Kara, as well as representatives of non-governmental organizations and political parties, will participate in the feast, which is expected to attract great interest from citizens who come to the district using Marmaray to get spring air and enjoy the Üsküdar coastline, especially with the effect of the beautiful weather.
Mayor Mustafa Kara and his accompanying people will distribute anchovies between the bread with their own hands to citizens who come to Üsküdar using Marmaray during the event.
