No: 3 Gar / ANKARA address; copy of identity card or photocopy, judicial record from the Public Prosecutor's Office (court decision with those who have a criminal record), Certificate of education (Certificate of equivalence from the Presidency of Higher Education Institution from those who study abroad.)
