Cıngı said, “As you know, Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality continues its efforts to make Erciyes a worldwide ski and tourism center. We are experiencing the effects of the master plan day by day in Erciyes mountain. Winter tourism, which was previously organized in an empty structure, is now managed by our Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality on the Erciyes mountain by the hand of our Kayseri Erciyes A.Ş. Providing all the activities and order on Erciyes mountain, Erciyes A.Ş. he manages ”.
Cıngı drew attention to the training activities they carried out and said, “We have taken the training activity, which was a wound to some extent before. There were some unwanted incidents in Erciyes mountain before. People without education had to give education. Many people who knew skiing were trying to give ski training, thinking that they could be ski teachers. With the system we have started since this year, Kayseri Erciyes A.Ş. Our ski school established within the body of Erciyes has become the only authorized center of the mountain and our ski teachers will operate within the Snow Academia ski school of Erciyes A.Ş. as a result of the protocol we have made with the Ski Teachers Association established in Erciyes mountain. Snow Academia will only operate as a regulatory institution. Our ski instructors will have served Snow Academia again. ”
Cıngı said, “We attach great importance to the spread of ski training to our entire city and our country.” “Our Metropolitan Municipality has an investment of 300 million Euros in Erciyes. Mount Erciyes has truly become a world-class ski resort. We want all the masses of society to benefit from this ski center as much as possible. Of course, people have to ski to get the most out of it. As Snow Academia, we have established our strategy as teaching skiing to all income level citizens. Because skiing is known as a little rich sport. With the pricing policies implemented so far, we have proved that this is completely wrong, and that our citizens with a normal income can take advantage of all the opportunities on Mount Erciyes. After that, we want the ski training to be given to the children of our low-income citizens and middle-income citizens, and we want all the people of the country and the world to benefit on the mountain Erciyes. ”
Noting that the semester holiday is approaching, Cıngı said, “As it is known, our Erciyes mountain has been serving ski lovers since the beginning of December with our artificial snow systems that emerged as a result of the investments of our Metropolitan Municipality. Unfortunately, as a country, we are having a troubled winter in terms of snow. There is a very rare snowlessness in all our mountains. But Erciyes is very fortunate that all our tracks are open with artificial snow. Therefore, ski enthusiasts flock to Erciyes from many cities of our country. Reservations are already being made during the semester, and our hotels' occupancy rates, especially over the weekend, are close to 100 percent. I think if we have citizens and students who have not made a reservation so far, they should hold their hands quickly. Probably there will be no room in our hotels this week. We expect a very high density in Erciyes mountain during the semester ”.
