Vance Jr, 100 public officials, including police and firefighters, who work for New York City, received fake reports from the state on the grounds that they had psychiatric problems in order to receive disability assistance.
In the statement of the prosecutor, it was stated that 100 public employees monitored by the investigators were arrested on fraud charges, and among those arrested were a retired police officer who was an employee of the Detectives' Relief Union and 32 railway workers working on Long Island Raild Road.
Railway workers who claim to have been injured as a result of a work accident in the last two years, go to the gym, play golf and tennis, 643,7 kilometers (400 miles) were claimed to participate in the bicycle race.
Some of the suspects were brought to court, refusing accusations, asked to be released without bail.
