Torbalı Government Street Overpass Opened to Traffic: While the 30-kilometer additional line works that will extend the İZMİR Suburban System (İZBAN) to Torbalı continue rapidly, the overpass in the center of Torbalı and at the beginning of the Government Street was opened to traffic. Six of the overpass in Ertuğrul District was paved the previous day. The overpass in Torbalı District, whose asphalting works continue, is expected to be opened to traffic today. While citizens were given full marks to the overpasses, these bridges also relieved the traffic in the district center to a great extent. Thanks to the high-speed train, passengers getting off from Aliağa and the city center will have the opportunity to travel safely, quickly, uninterruptedly and comfortably to Torbalı. Selçuk, Bayındır, Tire and Ödemiş passengers will also be able to travel by rail from Torbalı to İzmir center and then to Aliağa.
