Elvan, AK Party Bilecik deputy Fahrettin Poyraz, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications Habip Soluk, TCDD General Manager Suleyman Karaman and Eskisehir-Istanbul high-speed train (YHT) construction with the Piri Reis Test Train to come to the town of Bozüyük.

While Elvan got on the vehicle after getting information about the construction works from the contractor company officials, the group of İçköy residents protested that the İçköy-Bozüyük minibus line was not given to them and tried to make their voices heard by Elvan.
Elvan, who examined the landslide region between T2 front landslide and T630-24, received information from the authorities.
Elvan Elvan, who took a briefing from the contractor companies at the Osmaneli high-speed train construction site, said that he had examined the recent work on the Eskişehir-İstanbul high-speed train.
Elvan, who visited many stations on the line and researched on the problematic parts, said:
“We got information about the works of contractor companies. When can they finish things, what are the hitches, how can we fix these problems? We talked about them among ourselves. We exchanged information with our DDY General Manager, undersecretary, governor and all relevant friends. Of course, we are trying to offer Eskişehir-Istanbul high speed train to the service of our people as soon as possible. We are here for this purpose. We are trying to speed up the process. In this context, both our ministry, railways and contractor companies work day and night. It is not possible for us to give an exact date for the completion of the study. Test drives continue in many segments. Apart from that, electrification and signalization studies continue. There are places that are troubled by landslides.
Problems in that direction need to be resolved. We do not have any problems, but our friends continue their work quickly. "
On the question of a journalist, "Will there be a ring road connection with Bilecik Train Station", Elvan said:
“Both our deputy and our governor gave detailed information on this matter. We will work on this issue when we go to the ministry. We cannot say anything now, but of course we know the importance and density of this place. We know that it is an important region especially in terms of traffic and industry. All of these will be taken into account. "
When asked whether the investigations about TCDD would disrupt the work or not, Elvan said, “If there is any person who is involved in corruption and really harms the state, even if the state is a penny, of course they will give the necessary account before the court, but they will never, in any way, especially When we look at the weekly development, it is extremely wrong to make attempts to wear down our institution. Our State Railways have brought our high-speed train, which is a dream for all of us, to our citizens and our country. Therefore, if we have a friend who has made a mistake personally, they will of course account for him before the judiciary, but we must always keep our institutions upright ”.
