Cavcar stated that the work related to the center started in 2009 and that Anadolu University had requested to implement the project in 2010, and in 2012, the State Planning Organization provided a budget of 150 million lira as the initial investment cost and until the center was completed, the total budget amount was 240 million. Cavcar pointed out that the other important part of the project is the supply of devices for static and dynamic tests in the workshops and that the trains must pass at least 25 tests, “Very complex machines will be used. Cavcar emphasized that in the last phase of the project, research buildings, educational buildings, places to accommodate the team that will bring trains abroad to the tests, various departments of AU and laboratories will be built, emphasizing that the foundations of these buildings will be laid in the summer of 700 after the removal of the pasture feature on the 2014 decare land in Alpu. .
