Ankara-Istanbul YHT Line to be provided with electricity

Electricity is provided to Ankara-Istanbul YHT Line: The Governorate of Kocaeli has announced that electricity will be supplied to the High Speed ​​Train (YHT) line starting from 08.00 today.
The statement made by the Governorship of Kocaeli is as follows: Within the scope of Ankara-Istanbul High Speed ​​Train Project Köseköy - Gebze Section Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Project, which is under construction by TCDD; Electrification works will be carried out along the train line in Ankara direction starting from the Izsek direction of Köseköy train station, about 3 kilometers. Within the scope of the tests of the electrification facilities, a high voltage of 5 volts will be given to the line in question from 08.00:27 on Thursday, 500 December. In order to protect life and property safety, it is necessary to not walk under electric train overhead lines, climb poles, approach conductors and touch the wires falling on the ground. In order to protect life and property safety, it is announced to the public with respect to the above mentioned issues.
