Istanbul's new subway with Mecidiyekoy-Mahmutbey between 26 minutes

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Kadir Topbaş, Mayor of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, talked about the infrastructure and transportation works in Istanbul.
