High Speed ​​Train Infrastructure Manufacturing Construction Project Seminar Held in Akü: An introductory seminar on "Ankara-İzmir High Speed ​​Train Project, Polatlı-Afyonkarahisar Section Infrastructure Manufacturing Project" was held by Afyon Kocatepe University (AKU) Engineering Faculty.
The seminar held at the AKÜ Ahmet Necdet Sezer Campus Engineering Faculty Conference Hall was given by the contractor firm Sigma-YDA-Makimsan-Burkay Business Partnership Project Engineer Taylan Demir.
Geology Engineer Taylan Demir stated that when the "Polatlı-Afyonkarahisar High Speed ​​Train Project" project is completed, the people of Afyonkarahisar will reach Ankara in 1,5 hours.
Demir, who also gave information about some of the manufacturing items of the project, noted that the "New Austrian Tunnel Drilling" method was used in the tunnels and that this method was started under Afyonkarahisar Köroğlu Beli.
The conference was attended by AKU Engineering Faculty Vice Dean Asst. Assoc. Dr. It ended with Tülay Altay's presentation of a plaque to Project Engineer Demir in memory of the day.
