It will be a waterway where dangerous cargoes will be transported without risking the history, culture and people's lives of Istanbul without crossing the Black Sea and the Marmara Bosphorus. There are many channels in the world like this. Salinity difference has no negative effects. There is no environmental disaster or humanity disaster due to the mixing of waters. On the contrary, we need such a project to protect Istanbul because gas tankers and oil tankers are also growing in size.
