Train Accident in the USA: 4 Injured: Four people were injured in the train accident in Texas, USA.
In a statement made by the Public Safety Authority, it was reported that the accident that caused 30 wagons to derail occurred in the morning hours just east of the city of Amarillo.
Chris Ray, a senior police officer, stated that after an accident on the east side of a train was hit by a train standing in the rear, a train to the west was hit by the other two trains.
The BNSF company to which the railway in question is sözcüJoe Faust said two of the four train attendants who were injured in the accident were in serious condition. Noting that trains pulled open-bed wagons carrying truck trailers, Faust reported that there were no hazardous materials spilled into the environment as a result of the accident.
Authorities launched an investigation to determine the cause of the accident.
