Marmara is a sister project. Here is the date: Minister of Transport Binali Yıldırım told Marmaray that there is another sister project and this will be opened in 2015.

Minister of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications, Binali Yıldırım answered the questions of Ahmet Ergen from NTV. Yıldırım explained the 2023 targets in transportation and gave a date about the Ankara subway. Yıldırım said that everything about the 3rd bridge is going as planned, and Marmaray said that another sister project has been done and that it will be completed in 2015.

MARMARAY AND TUBE
Yildirim also gave information to Marmaray about the tube passage, which was described as a brother. Yıldırım said, “Marmaray is a railway project, an intercontinental project that will connect Western Europe from the Far East. We are approaching the end in it. As of October 29, we will be in Ayrılıkçeşme on the Anadou side and Kazlıçeşme on the European side. The tube gate is another project just south of it. There is a tube passage that enters from the port of Haydarpaşa and exits from Sarayburnu. This tube passage is what we call the brother of Marmaray. We will open the tube passage by the end of 2015. Marmaray consists of two eyes like a box, one going and one coming. Tube passage with top and bottom, there is the bottom, there is the top. Today, the number 2 subject of Istanbul is traffic. Both Marmaray and this second tube gateway will contribute greatly to the relief of Istanbul's traffic. ”

ANKARA-ISTANBUL FAST TRAIN
Saying that Ankara-Istanbul high speed train project is a difficult project, “We have some problems with the ground. If we solve them, we will have opened it by the end of the year. ”

ANKARA METROSU
Regarding the subway works in Ankara, Yıldırım said, “As you know, Ankara subways have been on the agenda for a long time. With the latest regulation we made, our Prime Minister deemed it appropriate that these subways should now be taken over from the municipality and built by the ministry. It has not been 2 years since we started our business, the people of Ankara want it to be implemented as soon as possible. We are played at an extraordinary speed. We took over 3 lines. Keçiören Tandoğan and Kızılay will take some time, there was very little work done there, it will be towards the end of 2014. Çayyolu, Batıkent, Sincan, we aim to finish towards the end of this year, ”he said.
