Russia will build railroads in Africa: Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda rely on Russia and China's help in financing railway construction.
The project foresees a link between the three capitals. Thanks to the railway, trade volume between these three countries of Africa will be increased.
Construction will be carried out with a joint effort. Each country will finance its own section of the railway. Each kilometer of the new railway is estimated to cost 5 million dollars.
The construction of the railway is planned to start in November of the first phase of Kenya's port city, Mombasa, to the capital of Nairobi. The project must be completed in March at 2018.
