Umut Orandan High Speed Train questions: CHP Istanbul Deputy Umut Oran asked the Ministry of Transport to explain how it would be possible for Ankara-Istanbul High Speed Train to catch up to the October 29 Republic Day, due to the fact that it was February 2014 in some contracts related to the line.
TRAFFIC SAFETY WARNING
CHP's Umut Oran, compiling some information he received from the experts on the subject of the high-speed train debate, warned that despite the shortcomings, Ankara-Istanbul High Speed Train will be threatened by traffic safety on 29 October 2013. The questions asked by Umut Oran, who carried the matter to the Turkish Grand National Assembly with the question proposal, to Minister Binali Yıldırım are as follows:
“On 29 October 2013, you stated that you will bring the High Speed Train to Pendik. In which sections will the high speed train use the existing conventional line? How many minutes will Ankara-Pendik travel time be? What is the physical realization rate in the ongoing İnönü-Köseköy and Köseköy-Gebze-Pendik lines? What are the deadlines for the contract, why is it insisted on October 29? Since the renewal period between Köseköy-Gebze is 24 months according to the contract and this period will expire in February 2014, how is it possible to complete the work on October 29? Is it true that most of the superstructure of the line between Köseköy-Gebze-Pendik is not possible? If this information is correct, is it possible to reach 29 October?
Even if the only road between Köseköy-Gebze-Pendik can be completed by October 29, will the catenary and signaling system be completed? Will security be provided by outdated TMI? How will you control the train traffic between Arifiye-Köseköy-Gebze-Pendik, where will the control center be built? Will the traffic control procedures reach the date of 29 October 2013 or will the trains be controlled by the TMİ system that is outdated? Is it not a risk that construction, construction and other works will continue simultaneously even if you run the train from one line on 29 October 2013? The work could not be done before the line was closed? Before the line was closed, you were saying, “It is not a contradiction that the works will continue while trains are running, without renewal without closing both roads”? If the line will be opened on October 29, 2013, will trains such as Anatolian Beds, Fatih, Central Anatolia, Mavi and Adapazarı be restarted?
WHY did the float not closed?
Sirkeci-Halkalı After closing the suburban trains, which works did you do, what are the realization rates? These works are not covered, HalkalıCouldn't it be sustained gradually, like Bakırköy, Bakırköy-Yedikule? What was your justification for closing the suburbs running between Sirkeci and Yedikule on August 15, 2013? Halkalı- In the year 2012 closed the Çekmeköy line, 3 day open 4 days closed. Is it true that because you prefer this method, it is not working fast enough and that is why it is closed again in 2013? How much way did you work in this closed section when you add it in 2012? Halkalı- The suburban train, which made the Sirkeci expedition, was injured after losing its passengers at the Cankurtaran Station on September 6, 2011 at 14.30:5, colliding with the locomotive from the same direction. What is the reason for the accident, what penalties have been given to those who have neglect? What is the reason for the suburbs to be closed for 4 years in Ankara? What actions did you take during this time, couldn't these studies be done without closing the line?
