From the Prime Minister to Topbaşa subway praise

Prime Minister Topbaşa's praise for the metro: Prime Minister Erdoğan thanked Kadir Topbaş for his metro investments in his speech to Ulusa. Erdogan; He announced that the length of the metro in Istanbul will reach 708 kilometers.
Erdogan; He stated that the length of the metro, which was 2004 kilometers in 45, when Topbaş took office, reached 9 kilometers in 124 years. Erdogan emphasized that an important service was carried out with the Otogar-Bağcılar metro.
Thanking Topbaş for the Bus Station-Başakşehir Metro, Erdoğan announced that the length of the metro in Istanbul will reach 708 kilometers.

During his statements, Prime Minister Erdoğan also referred to the collective openings in several cities in July. Erdogan said about the services implemented:
“First, on July 7, we put into service a very valuable investment for the transportation of Istanbul in Istanbul. We took another step in public transportation and officially opened the metro line that will operate between Otogar - Bağcılar - Mahmutbey - Olimpiyatköy - Başakşehir.


With this opening, which cost about 3 billion and 3 quadrillion liras, it reached an easy, full 22 kilometer new metro line. With this line in Istanbul, please note that the length of the metro lines has reached the full 124 mileage.
In 2004, the length of the metro line in Istanbul was 45 kilometers.
In 9 year, we added 79 kilometers to these lines and increased the total line length to 124 kilometers.
At the present time, the total metro length in Istanbul will be reached to 708 kilometers when the construction of the project is in progress.
On this occasion, I wish once again that our new metro line, this great service, this great investment will be beneficial to Istanbul and the people of Istanbul again.
On this occasion, I congratulate the Mayor, all of the members of the Municipal Assembly, all of our employees, the contractor, the architect, the engineer and the workers.
