The people of Yanık won the case of the Yanık Stone Quarry: The people of Yanık, who carried the Yanık Taş Quarry, which was planned to be opened for the supply of filling material of the YHT construction, to the court, won the case.
Yanık Mutar Sibel Baykal made the following statements in his statement on the issue; “As it is known to the public, we had filed a lawsuit against 2 stone quarries planned to be opened at the borders of our village for the supply of filling material to be used within the scope of the High Speed Train Project carried out by the State Railways. The raw material production permission given in accordance with the plan note resulted in our favor on the grounds that it was not in compliance with the law and legislation. We would like to thank everyone who contributed to this fair decision. We hope that our other ongoing cases will be resolved in this direction ”.
