Stating that the improvement works on the Tokat Ring Road, which was closed to traffic due to landslides shortly after it was opened, Çobanoğlu said, “It was decided to build a new bridge of 60 meters in our recent works. Therefore, we will not be able to fulfill our promise to open the road to traffic in Ramadan. At the end of the year, with the improvements finished, we will open the ring road again. ”
When the criticism of Almus Mayor Hasan Hüseyin Arıkan on the works for improving curved sections on the Almus Highway and increasing road comfort in the meeting turned into a discussion, Çobanoğlu asked the Governor Taşkesen to give instructions for the road examination. .
Çobanoğlu, who answered the criticism of Tokat Provincial Assembly President Mehmet Elibol that the name 'Tokat' was not included in the sign on the return to Tokat on the Samsun turn, stated that the plates were determined according to international standards. Çorum, Ordu, Giresun and Tokat say 'we have no name on the plate'. This is an international standard. Where in the world is using how plate, the same as used in Turkey. But everybody wants to see their own province ”
