Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD), implemented by the High Speed Train Project (YHT) within the scope of Sakarya Arifiye Railway Station's capacity will be increased.
Arifiye Train Station, which is also used as a station by the Inner City Rail System (ADARAY), implemented by the Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality between Adapazarı and Arifiye, will be demolished and a modern station building with a higher passenger capacity will be built.
The new building is planned to be completed and put into service within a year.
