Speaking at Necatibey Station, 24 meters below the ground, an important station between the Air Force Command and the General Staff, Tahan said, “We have two stations on our Çayyolu line; Necatibey and National Library Stations. Tahan said, "There were misfortunes at our Necatibey Station, we had very serious problems, we had things that we never thought of".
“Here we have suffered so much of the ground. Due to the alluvium in the ground structure, we tunneled on a really weak ground and started work. The very high level of underground water left us in a very difficult situation, and despite this, we believed and today we are at the finishing stage. It is nice to see that these waters do not enter from any point by collecting all the ground water today. Ceramics are now placed at Necatibey Station and we are at the final stage. I think we will forget our troubles by opening Necatibey Station. "
