Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality made a statement about the tree cutting made at the Yunuskent tram stop, and it was wished that the public would understand the situation due to an obligation.
In the statement made, it was stated that due to the construction of the new tram stop on the Emek-71 Evler Additional Tram Line, the Metropolitan Municipality Environmental Protection Department made mandatory tree cutting. In the statement, it was stated that the trees that could be transported from the study area were removed by special vehicles and transferred to other areas, and the trees that lost their form and quality were cut.
“With the completion of the construction work at the tram stop, landscape works will be carried out around the stop, as was done at the existing stops, and young trees will be planted at the stop.
