High-speed train wagons caught in the bridge
The new High Speed Train (YHT) wagons brought to Eskişehir by truck have been stuck on the bridge barrier.
The driver, who used the truck with the YHT wagon, predicted that his wagon would hit the bridge when he came to Çamlıca Mahallesi Baksan Bridge and stopped his vehicle. The officers then worked on the truck and lowered the length of the wagon and ensured the passage of the wagons with the TIR.
Vahit Yılmaz, who is the official of the wagons transport company, said that 17 wagons and locomotives will come to Eskişehir. Claiming that the height sign written in front of the bridge does not reflect the truth, Yılmaz said, “We adjusted the height of the wagons according to the bridges. When we got here, we saw that the bridge was not at the specified height. We stopped in time. "If we didn't stop, the wagon would hit the bridge and we would be responsible," he said.
