90 of the Eskişehir-İstanbul section, which is the second stage of Ankara-İstanbul High Speed ​​Train, has been completed. The efforts to raise the line to the Republic Day were accelerated. When the line is completed, it will be integrated with Marmaray in Gebze and will provide uninterrupted travel to Europe.

The construction of the High Speed ​​Train line, which will reduce the distance between Istanbul and Ankara to 3 hours, has come to an end. Tunnel and viaduct construction between Eskişehir and Istanbul, the second phase of the line, has been completed. Rails were laid at 80 kilometers, that is, near half of the line. The flights are planned to start on October 29, 2013 on the line, which is ninety percent completed. Mobilization has been declared in the construction of the last 160 days. Chinese workers do the rail assembly and electrification. Another 50 workers will be brought from China to get the line up on time.
