We are making wagon sets for Iraq and Bulgaria. Kazakhstan, Tunisia and Bangladesh have demands. The Netherlands and France have requests for repairs. We can also sell to Europe. We have achieved those norms,” he said.
MARMARAY WAGONS
Stating that their 32 million 370 thousand Euro 30-bed luxury passenger wagons for Bulgarian Railways have been delivered and the acceptance process is continuing, İnal said: “There are 14 wagon orders from Iraq. Project studies and manufacturing of these continue. We will finish and deliver by the end of the year. We make a certain part of Marmaray vehicles. In partnership with EUROTEM, we produced 49 Marmaray vehicles.
We delivered 12 diesel train sets for TCDD. Stating that they will enter the world market strongly by producing new models, İnal said, TÜVASAŞ is on its way towards the goal of producing wagons first for Turkey and then for the whole world with international standards for 2013 and the following years.
As a requirement of being an organization that produces in accordance with international standards, we have TSEN 15085-2 certificate. TSEN 15085 Railway Applications – Standard for Welding Rolling Stocks and Components We received positive ratings from the inspections. On the other hand, Türkiye Vagon Sanayi A.Ş. received ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certificates. In addition, as a result of the inspections carried out at the beginning of January 2013, the duration of TÜVASAŞ's TSEN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Certificate was extended until 2015. Finally, we received the TSE quality award 2013”.
