Customization Protest in Haydarpasa Station
Turkey Kamu-Sen connected to the Turkish Transportation-Sen members of the Platform and railway employees, the withdrawal of the draft law on the privatization of the railways rally in Haydarpaşa Train Station.
He organized a protest at Haydarpaşa Train Station before the action to be held in Ankara on April 3 to withdraw the bill on the privatization of railways. Turkey Kamu-Sen met at the train station and the Railway Workers-Sen connected to the Turkish Transport Platform members, asked for the bill's withdrawal. Actions to Turkey Kamu-Sen and the Turkish Education-Sen Istanbul Provincial Chairman Asst. Assoc. Dr. M. Hanefi Bostan, Turkish Transportation - Sen Vice President Cihat Koray and Türk Transportation - Sen Istanbul No 2 Branch President Özer Polat and many union members attended. Making a statement on behalf of the Group, Turkish Transportation - Sen Vice President Cihat Koray said, “This law prepared does not bring any solution to the institutional problems of railways. Those who prepared this law are malicious. The whole concern of the drafters of this law is to turn the state-citizen cooperation into merchant-customer cooperation, as in other privatizations. The state is in defiance; "You will work under the conditions I want, free of charge and without any security, with a flexible working system," he said.
