CHP'S ALDAN: WHO IS BENEFITS OF RECYCLING IN ASPHALT?

This system also are reports that spread rapidly in Turkey for the purpose of finding savings are often in the media, "he asked for information on the following topics:
“What are the advantages of scraping old asphalt and making it reusable? This system is applied in Turkey since when? How many kilometers per year are paved with the recycling system? How is the decision made and implemented as to which road will be re-asphalted with the recycling system? In Turkey, which makes the scrape again used the old asphalt, implementing recycling systems, there are few companies? How do these companies get tenders?
