Fearful Moments Happened While Carrying Wagons Exported to Bulgaria
Turkey Wagon Industry Corporation (TÜVASAŞ) produced for Bulgaria Railways luxurious beds with special trucks hit the road carriages to be delivered. Wagon-loaded TIRs caused traffic congestion in and around the port during the transition from Lapseki District of Çanakkale to Gallipoli.
The delivery of the completed production of 30 passenger wagons with beds started last year in Eskişehir. Wagons loaded on trucks hit the road. The wagon-laden trucks, which passed from Çanakkale's Lapseki District to Gallipoli by car, created interesting images. He watched with curious eyes the landing of the trucks loaded with 32 meters long wagons from the carriage at Gallipoli. While the trucks were returning from the narrow streets and streets, shopkeepers experienced fearful moments. Specially designed for the transportation of wagons, the 16 AT 842 plate of the lorries hit the bumper of a parked car and broke it while maneuvering for turning. TIRs caused traffic congestion at the port exit. Thereupon, traffic police intervened to the situation and ensured the safe passage of trucks with escorts.
It is reported that 32 of the wagons contracted for 200 million 12 thousand Euros two years ago will be delivered to Bulgarian Railways by the end of this month, 8 of them will be delivered next month and the remaining 10 by the end of the year. It was learned that 5 of the wagons were designed for the use of the disabled.
Earlier in the sleeping cars are imported from various European countries indicating that made our country is now Turkey Wagon Industry Co. (TÜVASAŞ) General Manager Erol İnal said, “We are proud of our production and the export success we have achieved. Now, the train wagon has been added to the export items of our country ”.
