Ankara Land Train: In Central Anatolia, especially in the 17th and 18th centuries and even in the 19th centuries, the transportation of goods was carried out by caravans as it is known, rather in the inner parts of Anatolia. These caravans were usually caravans consisting of 200, 300 camels. They were included in a transportation system that carried basic necessities from one settlement center to another. With the arrival of the railroad in Ankara in 1892, this transportation gradually separated from the caravans and started to become mostly railway.
