The Rail Transport System Route Detection Commission, established on the Rail System route at Çukurova University, reached its conclusion in its report. The route alternatives were discussed in the meetings of the Rail Transport System Route Detection Commission with Adana Metropolitan Municipality, Department of Transportation, Deputy Mayor and University Administrative Board. In this context, the most efficient alternative in terms of distance and transportation time, which provides services to Fevzi Çakmak Student Dormitory in transportation to CU, has been revealed.
The route presented in the report prepared by the Commission will be carried out under a protocol. Within the scope of the signed protocol; TOKI Hospital through the east of the existing vegetation in the area up to the highway protection will be taken care of, as well as damage to the Olive Gene Center. The metro line will go to the south of the Zeytin Gen Center area and to the west of the Fevzi Çakmak Student Dormitory. Fevzi Çakmak Student Dormitory will be located next to the fourth station and the fifth station to be placed in front of the university parking garage is planned to pass underground underground. In addition, a stop will be made near the last station within the university and ring services will be provided to reach all units within the university from this area.
