19 students from 180 forest villages were picked up from their villages and brought to Cumaovası Station within the scope of Public Transport Week events organized by Izmir Metropolitan Municipality. The students who came to Halkapınar by the suburban train belonging to İZBAN were taken to Konak by the Izmir Metro. The city tour of the students, who had fun by feeding the pigeons in front of the Historical Clock Tower, ended with a visit to the model exhibition at the Historical Havagazı Factory after the fun held in the Bergama Ferry. There were even those who saw the sea for the first time.
Many of the children who watched the environment with prying eyes during the bus, train, metro and ferry trips were excited about the experience they experienced for the first time. Among the children, there were those who did not take the metro and commuter train before, for the first time there were those who saw the sea and had a ferry journey.
Children of İZBAN, Eshot and İzmir Metro authorities gave various gifts, but the day was tired but completed so happily.
