World's longest high-speed train line opens tomorrow
The longest high-speed train line in the world has been completed with 2 kilometers in China.
The railway line connects the capital city of Beijing to the southern city of Guangzhou. With this new railway line, the 22 hour trip from Beijing to Guangzhou goes down to the 8 hour.
The official opening will take place on Wednesday. Before the official opening, the world's fastest railway test drive was performed.
The 200 guest, who participated in the test drive, was quite satisfied with the journey.
The high-speed railway line is scheduled to be connected to Hong Kong in the future.
China's total high-speed train line is expected to reach 2015 a thousand kilometers by 16.
