Metrobüste shock death
Tuncer Ortaç (65) died on the metrobus going to Söğütlüçeşme. Passengers, who were shocked by the death of Tuncer Ortaç, continued on their way with other metrobuses.
The incident occurred yesterday at the entrance of the Bosphorus Bridge at 10.30. Shortly after the metrobus operating on the Söğütlüçeşme-Zincirlikuyu line departed from the Boğaziçi Metrobus Station, Tuncer Ortaç, one of the passengers in it, got sick. Seeing that Ortaç was getting worse, the passengers warned the metrobus driver. The driver pulled the metrobus to the side of the road. Passengers in the metrobus made the first intervention to Tuncer Ortaç.
Upon the news, it was understood that Tuncer Ortaç died in the examination made by the medical teams who came to the scene in a short time (shock death in Metrobus). Passengers in the metrobus continued on their way with other metrobuses. The metrobus, where Tuncer Ortaç was lying dead in the corridor, was pulled to the right side of the road at the entrance of the Bosphorus Bridge.
About the incident, the Metrobus driver said, “He had a heart attack while on the road. There was no doctor on the metrobus, we called an ambulance, it came within 10 minutes. "He passed away when the ambulance arrived." The body of Tuncer Ortaç, who was thought to have died of a heart attack, was taken to the Haydarpaşa Numune Hospital Morgu after the examination.
