Passengers will be transported quickly between Esenboğa Airport and Kızılay. New rail system is coming to Ankara transportation. Construction of Havaray from Esenboğa airport to Kızılay is on the agenda.
The Ministry of Transport will sign a contract with the company that will make ile Havaray acak next week. After the contract, the company will present the Havaray project for the approval of the Ministry.
An approximately 20-kilometer line, that is, a viaduct from Kızılay to Esenboğa airport, will be built. The trains will reach the airport quickly without affecting the traffic on these viaducts.
Different route plans are on the agenda in the project. The most important part of the project is the section from Pursaklar to the Red Crescent direction.
The Ministry of Transport will decide which direction to use towards Kızılay after Pursaklar. Havaray is planned to be like its examples abroad. It is stated that there will not be too many wagons in the new rail system.
Havaray, Ankaray, metro and metrobus systems will be integrated.
