
As the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) strives to develop modern economies, it believes modern urban transport is important for cities and also for all countries. In this direction, with a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Kazakhstan's city of Almaty light rail system The EBRD and the city of Almaty signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the development of a new light rail system in Kazakhstan's largest city center.
