High Speed ​​Train Line Between Glasgow and Edinburgh

With the high-speed train line planned to be built between Glasgow and Edinburgh, the distance between the two cities is planned to be reduced to 30 minutes.
The Scottish government reported that until the 2024 began work on the extension of any high-speed connection from the UK to the northern border. If the plan is successful, the fast trains linking Glasgow and Edinburgh to 140 will begin.
As previously announced by Westminster, high-speed trains known as HS2 operate among the major cities of the UK.
The London-Birmingham high-speed train line, whose first phase cost 33 million, is scheduled to open in 2026.
