Massive merger in logistics

Borusan Lojistik acquired Balnak Logistics. Borusan Holding CEO Agah Ugur, said the acquisition would be $ 600 million after two of the company's total turnover as of today and will be Turkey's largest logistics company.
With the merger, the total number of employees will also exceed 4 thousand.
Agah Uğur added that they are aiming to increase their annual turnover in the logistics sector to 2015 billion dollars by the partnership of Balnak.

Founded in 1986, Balnak Logistics provides warehousing services with land, air, sea and rail transportation. FMCG, retail, textile, automotive, chemical and petrochemical, such as Turkey's Balnak providing services to many sectors, has achieved a turnover of over $ 2011 years 200 million. With the completion of the purchase process, the total revenues of Borusan Lojistik and Balnak Logistics will reach 2012 million dollars by 600.
