First Special Meter Project

Artaş İnşaat, Keleşoğlu İnşaat and Aydınlı Grup have joined forces for "Vadi İstanbul" in Cendere.
Mixed deliveries, including the subway to be built specifically, will be delivered in 2016.
Three construction companies, each of which has undertaken important works in their own right, joined forces for Vadi Istanbul, which will rise within a 3 thousand square meter plot in Kağıthane. Vadi Istanbul, which will be built on the land of Evyap Factory in Kağıthane, will consist of 50 stages. The sale of the project, which will rise with the signature of Artaş İnşaat, Aydınlı Group and Keleşoğlu İnşaat, will begin this month. Vadi Istanbul, which is planned to have 3 houses in the first stage, will have 1.100 thousand houses in the whole. In the project, which is planned to be completed in 3, shopping malls, residences, offices and hotels will rise.

Attracting attention with its water, landscape, forest and easy transportation facilities, the areas of residences in Vadi Istanbul vary between 65 square meters and 240 square meters. Company officials state that they expect high demand from many countries besides Istanbul residents for the project.
Surrounded by forest
The project, which will be built with the partnership of Artaş Construction Chairman Süleyman Çetinsaya, Aydınlı Group Chairman Ömer Faruk Kavurmacı and Keleşoğlu Construction Chairman Mustafa Keleş, is located in the area surrounded by Belgrade forests.
A stream that flows the waters of the Bosphorus flows from the project, which was opened recently by Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. The project will have terrace houses, residences, offices, shopping streets, cafes, hotels and shopping malls, as well as concert halls and entertainment areas.

Within the project it will be built in Turkey's first private metro. The subway will be connected to the city's subway network.
