The tender, which was postponed twice before, was held in the TCDD meeting room under the commission chairmanship of Turgut Fabric, Head of the TCDD Material Department. 2 bids were received from the Chinese CNR company, German Siemens company, French Alstom company and Canadian Bombardier and Italian Ansaldo. NEW SETS WILL BE MORE FAST
Train sets that are already used in Ankara-Konya YHT line are capable of driving at maximum 300 speed per hour and run at 250 speed per hour.
