It is a high-speed train line between Ankara and Istanbul, where the Ankara-Eskişehir stage is completed. 523 Km. It is expected that the journey will take 3 hours. Even the high-speed train that will run will move at 250 Km / h. The arrival date of the high speed train to Istanbul is planned as 29 October 2013. It is planned to open Marmaray on the same day.
Construction for the line that will come to Istanbul via Eskişehir is continuing, and the train traffic between Gebze-Köseköy and Köseköy-Arifiye has started and rail removal has started. Therefore, the flights of all intercity passenger and freight trains departing from Haydarpaşa have been canceled and only the Haydarpaşa - Gebze suburban line continues to operate.
