According to the statement released by the Russian Railways, in the January-September period of this year, Russia's scrap exports through rail were recorded at 21 million mt, down 1,07 percent compared to the same period of the previous year. Russia's iron scrap exports in September alone amounted to 15 mt, down 155.200 percent year on year.
