In the statement made by İZBAN A.Ş. regarding the action that Izmirians experienced great victimization, “The fact that they did not come to their duty areas without waiting for the outcome of the negotiations about collective labor agreements, without informing them in advance and against the law caused the people of İzmir to suffer greatly.” The statement said. In the written statement, “Employees of an institution carrying more than 170 thousand passengers per day do not have the right to create chaos in urban transportation by attempting such an action regardless of their reasons. In our country, those who work in the public transport sector cannot take strike or slow down work. An extended investigation is also underway. ” The statement said. Recalling that İZBAN A.Ş., which started the pre-operation on 30 August 2010, is an institution that trains and educates its own staff, and that the machinists, who are graduates of vocational high schools and vocational schools, are subjected to a 6-month training process after the job applications: An average of 750 percent increase was made to our mechanics who received TL salary on 1 June 2011. At the end of the 12-month period following this, an average of 6 percent hike was made while collective bargaining negotiations continued. The hike rate in the one-year period is over 12 percent in total. Currently the lowest salary of the machinist 950 TL'Dr. Lowest salary with road, meal and minimum subsistence discounts 1.197 TLreached. This figure will be increased retrospectively, according to the rate and date the Supreme Board of Judges will give. İZBAN A.Ş. is a young company producing public services and on the one hand, utilizing public resources in the most efficient way while protecting the social opportunities of the employees. At this stage, we declare that the negotiations of collective bargaining agreements continue in the natural flow, and we state that the decision will be reached by the decision of the Supreme Arbitration Board and that a compromise will come true.
