Subway works in Ankara will be completed at the end of 2013

Answering the question about the works in the Ankara metro, Infrastructure Investments General Manager Metin Tahan said that there are 3 metro lines in Ankara.
Tahan stated that the method was changed because of an unfortunate incident during the Metro works and he said that he was working more safely.
Tahan stated that they aim to open the road, which was closed due to the construction of Necatibey station, to traffic on September 15, and that the road in Söğütözü will be opened to traffic at the end of August.
Tahan said that if a major setback was not made, the metro works would be completed by the end of 2013 as targeted.
Expressing that they have made the Havaray project tender to be held at Esenboğa Airport, Yıldırım said that there are 8 local and foreign companies and that they will finalize the project tender within one week at the latest.
TCDD General Director Süleyman Karaman in Ankara High Speed ​​Train (YHT) Station said the tender will be conducted on August 28 on the question of the station, said Ankara YHT Station would be Turkey's first YHT Station.
