Logistics Village Project Tender Concluded in Bozüyük

It has been reported that the tender for the Logistics Village Center project planned to be held in Bozüyük district of Bilecik has been concluded. It was stated that Assignia-Elite Project joint venture won the tender in which 14 companies participated.
The evaluation works related to the proposals of the "Bilecik - Bozüyük Logistics Center Project Infrastructure and Superstructure Construction Works" tender, whose proposals were collected on January 31, 2012 by the General Directorate of Turkish State Railways (TCDD) Enterprise, have been completed. Finally, the tender of the project was completed on 28 May. After the tender, Assignia - Elite Project joint venture won the tender for the infrastructure and superstructure works of the project. Assignia - Elit Proje joint venture won the tender, whose approximate cost was determined as 45.000.000 liras, with a bid of 23.298.000 liras. Officials announced that after the legal process is over, they will invite the winning company to sign the contract.

While it was learned that the expropriation works by the General Directorate of State Railways are continuing rapidly, it was stated that with the conclusion of the tender phase, the construction of the Logistics Center will be started immediately and will be completed in a period of approximately one and a half years.
