The importance of this region has increased with the commencement of the construction of the Üsküdar-Ümraniye-Sancaktepe subway, which was recently auctioned. With the relief of transportation, construction companies are expected to pay more attention to the region. But it is difficult to find vacant land in Bulgurlu, Libadiye, Kısıklı and Burhaniye. NEW RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS
The construction projects of the construction companies that realized the developments in the region are rising rapidly. Projects in the region are not limited to these. As soon as the Bulgurlu passes, there are new housing projects on the lower side of the Ümraniye Çarşı Police Station.
