It is considered that Sirkeci Gar and its surroundings contain different zoning decisions from TCDD AREA, and after Marmaray has been put into operation, suburban train operations are carried out at appropriate intervals by taking into account the passenger potential connected to the Marmaray line at Cankurtaran, Kumkapı, Kocamustafapaşa and Yedikule stations.
Since the existing Sirkeci gara YHT, international, outline and regional trains and suburban trains will be built and operated so that roads and platforms can be built, the maintenance unit is required for the trains to be terminated, and the “railway area of the Sirkeci Gar ferry road” ”As a planning and protection
Sirkeci is opposed to the reasons for evaluating the immovable properties outside the corridor required for the operations of the existing double line railway stations and stops at the Yedikule.
An appeal was filed with TCDD's letter dated 22.02.2012 and numbered 4835. Upon the objection of the objection without being answered by IMM, TCDD filed a lawsuit against YD and Cancellation of the plan in question at the Istanbul Administrative Court.
