Rail system cooperation between 3 university

A protocol was signed between two universities in Sudan and Karabük University on rail system engineering, information exchange and student exchange. Muhammed Ali Asım Muhtar, Consul General of Sudan in Istanbul, Rector of Karabük University (KBU). Dr. Burhanettin visited Uysal. A cooperation protocol was signed between Karabük University, Sudan University of Science and Technology and Khartoum universities.

In his speech during the visit, Muhtar said that Karabük University is a rapidly developing university and that it has achieved success thanks to this development.

This success was due to the fact that Burhanettin Uysal had a successful rector and that the departments that made the university differentiated were preferred, Muhtar said.

"One of the examples of success, only to be given at Karabük University is the only rail systems engineering education in Turkey. Taking advantage of this experience of Karabük University, we want rail systems engineering in Sudan University of Science and Technology and Khartoum universities. At the same time, we signed a protocol here today to further strengthen the cooperation between Karabük University, Sudan University of Science and Technology and Khartoum University, to increase student and staff exchange and to ensure continuity of information exchange between universities.

Rector Uysal stated that he is happy that the visit is the beginning of the cooperation to be made, and said that Karabük University is a rapidly growing university that is integrated into the world in parallel with its growth.

Emphasizing that they laid the foundations of the cooperation between the three universities with the protocol signed, Uysal said, “I hope that we will not only go beyond this, but we will share our knowledge by advancing our relations further with joint projects. We believe that knowledge will grow as it is shared. In this direction, Karabuk University will continue its cooperation in the international arena ”.

After the speeches, a cooperation protocol was signed by Consul General Mukhtar and Rector Uslu.

Then, respectively, Karabük Municipality Mayor Rafet Vergili, Karabük Iron and Steel Factories General Manager Fadil Demirel, Safranbolu Mayor Necdet Aksoy and Karabuk, Safranbolu Businessmen Association visited the administration.
